About the Author
Darlene Russ-Eft is Professor and Chair of the Department of Adult and Higher Education Leadership, at Oregon State University. She was the former Director of Research Services at AchieveGlobal, Inc. She lives in Portland, Oregon.
Hallie Preskill is Director of Strategic Learning and Evaluation with FSG Social Impact Advisors, a nonprofit organization that works with foundations, nonprofits, corporations, and governments to accelerate the change of social progress. She lives in Seattle.
